a young Rhodesian Ridge back mix dog was brought to Dr. Kathio's office very listless
and painful abdomen and profuse vomiting episodes. Dog had ingested three diapers. Three days went by
no appropriate surgical treatment was provided to dog due to its treatment cost of $3000.Only
palliative treatment was rendered elsewhere.

Dog had only few hours left .if correction of intestinal rupture and obstruction was not corrected
little children and family would have lost companion pet.

Dr. Kathio proceeded without front payment of $ 3000 . Surgical procedure went well .Now the
dog is happily living with family.
